Abby Elliott

Elliott took comedy classes from The Groundlings and eventually began acting and training in sketch comedy productions in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) located in Los Angeles. [3] In 2006, Elliott appeared with supporting roles in two episodes You've Reached the Elliotts and Chrissy: Plain & Simple, both sitcoms that star the father of her character, Chris Elliott. She was a frequent performer for the Midnight Show sketch troupe during her time at UCBT. In the past, she been seen with her Sister Bridey in comedy. Before joining the team of SNL, Elliott had also done guest voices roles on King of the Hill and Minoriteam. Her sketch shows comprise "Jersey Floor" (with Jimmy Fallon) and "Studio 6. Bee". The film debut of Elliott was No Strings Attached. She is a character in several films, including Fun Size and High Road. Elliott was also a part of many television shows, such as 2 Broke Girls (2012-), How I Met Your Mother (2012), Happy Endings (2012), and Inside Amy Schumer. In the years 2015 through 2017, she performed as a guest for The Bravo's Odd Mom Out. On NBC, she starred as Indebted along with Fran Drescher from 2020.
