Katherine Jean Bolduan, also called her professional name Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist from the United States. Best known for anchoring the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is a broadcast journalist from America. She also co-anchored the CNN Monday morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been a part of CNN's award-winning coverage of the presidential elections in 2012 as well as 2016. She has previously worked as an Washington DC based correspondent, reporting on both the US House and Senate. Bolduan has covered legislative and congressional events, such as the talks to raise the federal debt ceiling as well as super committee meetings. She also served as a general assignment reporter and covered such topics as that of the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme Court's decision regarding Obamacare and the implementation in 2009 of the stimulus program.
