Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Pro Card just one year later aged 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her career in fitness at the age of 16, after which she decided to stop her gymnastics. Within just one year after that, she managed to achieve her Professional Card at the age of 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was away for six years from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from when she left competing in top competitions such as those at the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her first performance continued to compete for many years and made it a point to set new goals each year. She took home four other fitness championships by the close of 2009. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education having earned her Professional Card. She made a comeback in October 2015 to compete in her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. Her finish was 3rd during the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the stage at the Olympia and placed 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel felt proud that she had achieved 6th place in the Fitness division despite being completely unprepared. When you consider she had to fight against only the very best. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel likes working out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lat-pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated-rows. Her usual routine is to warm up then moves on to the working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to supersets of 10-12 reps is her thing.
